Melhor Life Solutions was incorporated in the District of Columbia, August 2021.

The company was established as a Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid waiver program provider that delivers high quality services to individuals with an intellectual disability or a related condition so that they can live in the community.

Melhor, therefore, aims to develop proficient Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to effectively support the adaptive living skills of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) in the most dignified manner.

The owners of Melhor have worked closely with various units in the Department on Disability Services (DDS) to provide care to the population for the last five (5) years and are both licensed and certified Investigators, with experience in conducting serious investigations involving staff members who work with the population.
